Don't you need to divide by avg. no. of tables as well? Or am I missing something?

No; the "minutes" total is the sum of the length of all of your sessions, with each "session" only being one table. If you're playing 8 tables, then PT will count a 1 hour session as 8 separate 60 minute sessions.
