I'd check.

It's very early in the sng, no reason to shove in your entire stack with a marginal hand.

Theres a number of hands that beat you. If he makes a small bet you can raise it up to about 600 or 700 to represent the straight, but i wouldnt put any more chips than that in the pot the rest of the hand.

If he checks behind you, you can check fold if another club comes and he makes a large bet.

While this might not be the "propper" way to play the hand, considering your stack and where you are in the sng, the conservative play is probably the best.

If he makes a decent sized bet into me on the turn, I'm done. If he checks, check behind. It's unlikely he hit a straight unless he had something like tp + a gutshot, he could have hit 2 pair though, which you have outs against. I would probably call a small river bet.

Edit: I now see you're OOP. I would make a small turn bet so he doesn't steal it. If called you probably have to check/fold the river.
