SNG Beginner Bankroll Q's....

Hey, I have a couple questions on SNG play:

1. What type of bankroll do you need to play SNG's full time (how many buy ins)

2. What win rate should I be aiming to achieve?

3. When do I know to move up in buy-in?

4. And lastly, when should I consider multi-tabling?

Also, feel free to add any advice on this matter for a noob like me. peace.
