Default At which point do I lay down KK?

Villain is 15/9/1.3 over 100 hands, but no specific reads on him.

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">UTG raises</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero 3-bets</font>, 3 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (7.5SB, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises</font>, UTG calls.

Turn: J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5.75BB, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG bets</font>, Hero calls.

River: T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (7.75BB, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG bets</font>, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: 1BB returned to UTG.

Results:
Final pot: 7.75BB

Is the turn a clear fold? The way the hand played out, should I have called the bet on the river?

wow no way.

Call all the way. I can understand this guy is a rock but still, that turn bet is a very standard bluff my most players.

If you are going to fold, do it on the turn. This wreaks of "please fold" in my opinion.

He might be a tight ass but he's not overly passive either. I'd call the river and expect to be good more than 1/8

well he's pretty tight, but I think if he had AA he'd have given more active pf and with a J he'd have c/r the turn. so I'm confused enough to call down. If I had to guess I'd say TT/99 actually.

if you're not going to call the river, dont call the turn.

You played fine right up until you folded the river. You'll win way more than 1 in 7.75 to justify a call.

QQ wanting a calldown from AK as well.

sure he COULD have a jack, but he could also, you know, not.

What on earth about his line makes you think he has trips 90% of the time? He could have A8, he could have two spades, he could have pocket nines. This is a great hand for you to post because you need to learn early in your career not to fold hands like this, esp. SH.
