Did every street suck?
Villain really got on me for calling on the turn and not leading out on the river. I had at least 8 outs on turn and I really thought I was going to get to c/r the river. comments?

Re: Did every street suck?
yes, im afraid every street sucked
im limping that PF, youre OOP postflop C-bet on flop is not that bad turn bet is a waste, his flop call tells you he has something. youre still drawing to just check. calling his reraise is even worse |

Re: Did every street suck?
preflop, okay. KTo is a little shady from MP, I wait till the CO or OTB to bump this.
Flop. Fine. Turn. checking isnt really an option. u have to second barrel this and fold to a raise. River. i understand the check raise but he put you on QJ so hes a thinking player. next time b3b this against him. |

Re: Did every street suck?
I also missed the dbl gutshot...now that I see that I don't really mind the hand at all. FWIW, I would have bet that river with AQ, so I think going for the CR is fine.
If you had position on Villain, are you betting the turn anyway? |

Re: Did every street suck?
I don't have any problem with this at all before the river. Hope he has a big hand and get to 3bet. Flop and turn are standard.

Re: Did every street suck?
Preflop raise is dependent on game conditions - sometimes great, sometimes horrible! Only you know that one.
Flop continuation bet is good. Turn continuation bet is also good, and you have the odds to call his raise. On the river, it depends entirely on your read. Does Villain raise the turn for a free showdown a lot? Or does Villain get scared of straights a lot? If so, bet it (and hope to 3bet!) If Villain will usually only raise the turn with a really strong hand, and then will always fire again on the river, then going for a checkraise is good. All-in-all, I like it. |

Re: Did every street suck?
Assuming the table was a good one to play KTo in this position, I like every street. I would go for (and miss) that river c/r too.
