Default Valentino\'s at the Venetian

I tried searching and couldn't find anything... How does this place rate? Thumbs up, thumbs down? I am considering taking my family there while on this trip, any thoughts/comments/recommendations? I guess what I am looking for is a pretty "normal" but nice Italian restaurant - my parents have limited exposure to non-asian food, and would likely find a "creative" italian place not to their liking.

Good stuff, not as crowed as any of the places on the canals. A little on the expensive side, but c'est la vie...
I had an amazing salmon dish, my dad had veal marsala,my brother had the lamb, all excellent..
Make sure you get the prosciutto if you like that, huge portion, super fresh comes with home made mozzarella.
It is more of a gourmet rather than homestyle Itallian experience but I am sure you will enjoy.

I should have clarified, I actually meant "I tried searching on the 2+2 forums and couldn't find anything." At any rate, that site is one that I hadn't used before, and it's very useful, thank you for the pointer!
