They have a monthly 100% up to $300 bonus, and credit the bonus after you complete the WR...I cleared most of it and e-mailed them to ask how much I had left to complete the WR (I lost track), no response, this was about 3 days ago, e-mailed again yesterday, no response...in the "Contact Us" section of their website all it lists is a form to e-mail them and an e-mail address (tried both) so there are no other contact options...

Anybody else had problems with them? They have a poker room on the Prima Network so you would think they're legit but I dunno...

I emailed them a couple of times about a week ago and recieved a reply after about 24 hours.

Recieved the bonus fast after clearance. Just made a withdrawal now, will let you know how it goes.

Recieved withdrawal in about 12 hours. I only have good experience with them, seems like a very generous monthly bonus.

No, best game is Aces and Faces Video Poker, and their paytables are lower than normal, I estimated a HA of 2.5%...I probably will not be doing this bonus again (it's a monthly).

I played Deuces Wild Power Poker, if I did it right, it's under 1% HA.

Theyre payouts are top heavy. Larger than norrmal for the top hand. Screw you on FH etc. Not sure what the HA is but if you dont hit that top hand it is worse tha normal. Can you autoplay VP there? How do you check your progress on your WR?

You have to email them about your progress. Apparantly they only get updates about your wagers once every 24 hours, so be aware of that.

No autoplay.

You're right, it is topheavy, but not a bad payscale. The FH is lower, but the big ones are higher, making it a 99.3% return when I checked again (someone is welcome to double check for me...did it on the link WOO has where you can fill stuff in). You have to bug them on email for your progress, and I'm not sure one way or the other if doubling counts toward the wager requirement. I would assume it does.
