SPOILER WARNINGS (obv)

Shawshank redemption, the old book guy's final monologue before he hangs himself

[/ QUOTE ]

I was looking for this before I posted. This completely makes me ball every time.

Also, Monster....the scene where Aileen kills the last guy and is torn with whether to do it or not. As well as the phone convo she has w/ her gf and court scene.

However...maybe saddest thing of all time is the dog waiting for Fry in that Futurama episode. I can't even watch the whole thing.

While it's not the saddest ever, this is pretty touching: the scene in Toy Story 2 where Jessie sings a song about her owner (Emily) outgrowing her and leaving her on the side of the road.

riddick,

That's a happy scene.

[/ QUOTE ]

It made me cry the first time I watched it when I was a kid.

[/ QUOTE ]

Makes me cry every time I see it. Still doesn't make it a sad scene. Dude reunited with his father. It was a happy moment.

Last American Virgin Spoiler

not anywhere near the cinematic value of the rest of the movies in this thread, but the end of Last American Virgin where the lead guy realizes that he's not going to get the girl
