MP Loose/passive.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Hero raises, MP calls, 3 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP calls, BB calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, MP bets, BB raises, Hero folds, MP..

Who calls? Who folds? How many outs do you give Hero? I was leaned towards fold here for the following reasons:
1) the board pairing.
2) BB's sudden aggression at the paired 4.
3) The [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] draw available which may discount our 8 outs to 7 or 6.
4) Not closing the action.
5) Implied odds must be lower than normal given the above.

I like hand #1 I don't really see value in betting against this villain's low WTSD.

Hand #2 I play the same. BB may have a 4 but I seriously doubt he's got a boat and if he doesn't have a 4 he must have at least a K so your pair outs are obviously no good. I kind of doubt MP is betting a flush draw on the turn since you pegged him as LP so he's more likely to have a king or a good ten. Since I doubt either player has a flush draw here I don't see why you should be afraid of hitting your straight. Given that though your immediate pot odds aren't good and in situations like these I don't like to count on implied for much. So I suppose I still like a fold but the decision must be close.

Hand 1 really interesting I think a slowplay from 76 or an 8 is pretty likely and we also have kicker problems, maybe with a ridiculous WTSD this could turn into a value bet but I like the check.

Hand 2 I think you covered it pretty nicely, just fold.
