***UPDATE***
Ok, to be honest, I'm not one of those people who cares about some scrathes on knife, especially they are expected in the very near future, but I didn't like the fact that the seller said brand new but sent used AND didn't want to do anything about it after I sent an email.
So I escalated the claim to the next level, and this is what I got from him. "i received your dispute from paypal. i will refund $30 of the original transaction of $79.99 through paypal on 7/27, so basically you will have a semi-new leatherman for $49.99..." Great! The only thing is PayPal may charge something for the service.
