Default canterbury stud 8/b

Going to Canterbury next week and might want to try the 6/12 stud 8/b game there. Is the game good? Does it only run specific times? How much do people usually buy-in for? Any 2p2ers play it often?

I was there last night and know that at least one stud game was running but did not check the limit when I walked by. I will be headed back on Saturday and can tell you how many games and what limits are running. I have asked a couple of times about the level of play and in general the comments are that everyone is grumpy and plays fairly tight. Not sure if this is an accurate statement I have never sat in the game myself.

Hopefully someone else with better information will reply!

Went last night and it was a race night so the room was fairly busy. There were about 8 names on the board to try and start a stud game but it never started. You might have more luck on the weekend. I may still go there on Saturday so I can let you know if there is a game running.
