Default NL25 6-max KK runs into double-paired board on turn

Villain is pretty loose. 45/13/1.8 after about 80 hands. What should my line be the rest of the way here?

Lead again on the turn and check/call any mid sized pot bet on the river. You're ahead of quite a bit based on your read.
