Default Laggy McAggressivestein... who likes these hands?

Hand #1.
BB is remarkably fishy at 73/3/5.00 over 60 hands and his min bet on the flop means absolutely he has crap. CO has your typical grinder stats of around 28/12, but I have not been watching him very closely.

Who likes it?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($95.50)
Hero ($103.05)
SB ($132.35)
BB ($65.40)
UTG ($250.20)
MP ($200.63)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG raises to $4, 1 fold, CO calls $4, Hero calls $4, 1 fold, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($16.50) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB bets $1, UTG calls $1, CO raises to $12, Hero goes all-in for $99...

Hand #2.
I have played with villain before, he is pretty aggressive and is about 50/22. I use this line infrequently with TPGK, but try to avoid using it on a consistent basis because I hate inflating the pot with top pair. I feel like if I check here, villain (any laggy villain, really) pushes me out on the turn.

Good/Bad?

Both Standard? Laggy?

hand 1 - why would you want to get the BB and UTG to fold by pushing?

hand 2 - why bet half pot if you're worried about getting pushed off your hand?

I certainly like hand 2.

Hand 1 I'm not too sure. I don't think you FE is great vs CO, so we might as well call with position and hope the BB and/or UTG tag along

Good point in 1. Do you ever raise a more reasonable amount ($40-ish to go?) for the free card? Or are you flat calling this most of the time and hoping the fish come swimming along?

In 2, I think a $20 works just as fine as a $30/$35 bet against someone with this villain's stats. If he pushes, I fold, and save myself $10/$15.

Hand1 getting BB to stick around is more important than a free card IMO.

First hand I think depends alot on the metagame.

Second hand, this is a situation I specifically try to avoid by either raising/folding PF with this type of hand. If it's a good/tricky button player and I'm strictly at the table taking advantage of fish, I probably just muck. Against anyone else I probably 3bet.

As played, I think you're clueless as to what he can have if he's a good player. Might be better off folding to his flop raise, or re-popping him.
