Check-fold the flop. You're up against better Kings, two-pairs and limped JQ.

Based on the betting sequence MP1 had either JQ or a set... JQ more likely as set should bet this flop pretty dam hard.

You are correct sir. How do you know though? I really need to learn how to put people on hands better. I find that this is the biggest problem for me.

On this board, however, it's pretty easy - what possible hand is NOT AFRAID to call a check-raise and then just call the turn bet? it's POSSIBLE in $10+1 that it's something like AQ drawing to a gutshot... but not very likely. You can't represent any draw here so the villain KNOWS you have the same hand (QJ) at worst or something in top pair thru set range. He flat-calls you to the river and when board is not paired on the river he can push and be confident that he has the best hand. Plus, there's no need for him to raise as long as you're betting the pot for him.

you have to think about why you're betting/raising.

either

a) you're trying to get better hands to fold
b) you're trying to get value out of worse hands

which are you doing when you raise the flop/bet the turn/bet river?

I always feel flop situations like this have pretty heavy reverse implied odds, and I usually check/fold them. With that many people in the pot, I need to hit a little harder than top pair bad kicker.

Yes, but there is a difference between hitting this flop with AKo and K8o. We have reverse implied odds in both cases, but with AKo I would feel like I have the best hand and try to CHARGE any silly gutshot combo draw that's out against me (KJ, KQ). With K8 I do not think it's likely that I have the best hand on this flop and combined with reverse implied odds this hand is not playable here.

I guess the point I'm trying to make - you do not want to check-fold every time you have heavy reverse implied odds, but you DO need to be fairly certain you have the best hand and you should then try to win the pot then and there.
