I have played stud on PS and FT, and i find the PS games to be full of fish who chase way too much, which is good although pacience is needed, theres plenty of games available, with a nice low ante of 25 cents on 2/4 and 3/6, whilst its only 50 cents for 5/10 and $1 for 10/20, which is nice as it allows for a lot of play. The tables are 8 handed too, so plenty of action on draws. I didnt like the FT stud as the ante was too high for my kind of game and i think u can only play 6 handed.

Also, sorry but can u pls give me the full name for which sites HP and PR are abbreviations for? Also, what are the stud8OB games like at these sites? Thanks guys.

I have to agree. I make a few hundred bucks a month at PArty Poker playing small stakes.

However, things there can be pretty damn aggravating. Games lately have been very odd. A lot of obnoxious folks spewing garbage (Besides myself... ) and numerous other distractions.

Rake back? I usually don't play for it. If I can make an easy fifty bucks in a short session, I am happy.

Full Tilt, Beermoney? Man, I hate that friggin' place. Everyones a table coach that has to stop the game to tell folks how to play Poker.

I hate pausing a game to listen to a friggin' lecture by some "expert". They are either slowing the game down or making poor players think harder about their game.

To each his own I guess. Stud doesn't have that many players so I go to where they congregate and that is Party for the most part.

Besides, you may see me there... I am known as Z man7.

I just read about the WCOOP on Pokerstars. They are having a 100K guaranteed $300/20 stud event on Sept. 25th. I might just sign up to enter that.

I would pass on Eurobet if you are a US citizen, as it is now closed.

.25 ante for 3/6? If that is for real I may just have to move over there.

Yep...one of the biggest reasons that this is my stud game-of-choice at PS. As I mentioned elsewhere in this thread, the 3/6 game at PS is the only one in which I show any consistent and significant profit.
