fold preflop, but as palyed i would definitely push on flop and be pissed when my diamonds don't come and his overpair or set of J's holds up.

Is he going to be 3-betting fairly light here or can we put him on a tight range? JJ+, 88, 99 maybe?
I think you're probably about even money against his range here so he doesn't have to be folding here an awful lot to make it a nice play. $22.25 in the pot and he has $33ish left. Yeah, I don't mind it at all.

I would definitely push. Any card that makes your hand will be unlikely to get paid off unless you push, so no other play makes much sense on the flop. He's still got a lot of chips, push seems perfect given preflop play.

ATs in position against a 70/27 villain is a monster, so folding pf is bad.
Flop is standard. You shouldn't second guess every hand you lost.
