against that player, id probably fold. id be more likely to call down if he were say LAG.

I would call down after the flop c/r. This lets him keep bluffing if he is, and saves you money if he isn't. He has rock-like stats so I doubt he has a weak queen.

I would put him on a better (or same) queen, trip jacks, a lower PP, or air.

meh... I think calling down for the purposes you mentioned is a decent idea but I think I want another raise on the flop or the turn. I don't think he's bluffing a lot here or if he is, he's bluffing something like an oesd. I think just about all the hands that he's raising that we beat are going to pay off another raise.

That doesn't exactly narrow the range... Outside of being on a draw.

I fold to a OOP 4-bettor with those stats.

I play it the same as you up to this point. I 3bet the flop to keep control and to make money off lower PP.

Once he caps and leads the turn, I'm folding. My hand is not good often enough (and I'm not hitting my two outer often enough) to make calling down correct.

I doubt Hero wins this more often than 10% of the time, let alone the approximately 20% that he needs to be.

In the end I called down because of his aggression of 2.43. Although I suppose that a highish aggression on a player who plays so few hands is not actually as aggressive as a player with a vpip of say 18% and the same AF?

btw, villian had T9c

His aggression is not THAT big. You have to take into account his tightness. He is only average.

If he was a 35/10 with a 2.43 THEN he is aggressive but with 11/6 he is just an average aggressive player.

Plus - as you say - too few hands to really see his aggresesiveness.

I would have folded the turn and moved on.
