Default PS: My ROI with a chipcount between 1350 and 1450 at leve IV

PS 15+1 ROI 19.5 %
PS 25+2 ROI 13.5 %

If I had only between 1250 and 1350

PS 15+1 ROI 2.3 %
PS 25+2 ROI 1.6 %

Overall my ROI is something like 9 and -4% respectively.

Obviously, I'd do better if I cut back on postflop play during the first 3 levels. My current VPIP is something like 18%.

I need to play a couple of 1000 tourneys more probably to solidify the data. I think I need about 5000 touneys on the tight strategy at each buy in.

I think this data is likely to be pretty much meaningless. I doubt the difference of 1 BB at that level (particularly when you still have 10+ in both cases) is all that meaningful. Probably the best way to see that this is true would be to look at data for more of the ranges surrounding this; I think you'll frequently find your ROI in the 1450-1550 chip range is lower than your 1350-1450, or something along those lines.

I did that. It is not meaningless.

I would lean towards meaningless. You are not accounting for the ROI boost that an early double gets you. Of course you also likely right that you are too loose (playing ev- hands for you) early.

I looked at that as well.

Yeah, let's just say it's meaningless, lol
