Doom switch

I just sent off an email to party asking why they flipped the doom switch on me and promptly revieved a phone call 5 minutes later. I was not able to get to the phone but a message was taken, and they are calling back in a little while.

Any thoughts as to what i should ask them?

(To be honest i was expecting a generic response wia email, but now that i have the oppurtunity to get them on the phone anyone have any good questions i should ask them?)

Update: They still haven't called back.

I was really excited about them calling the first time and the prospect of them calling back....
I am thinking of sending another email to see if they will call again.
