Default 50NL Two hands against a LAG

6 handed table just started to break down. Villain in both hands is the same and has been very aggressive and has had a couple bluffs shown down recently.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (3 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Hero ($50.05)
Button ($44.35)
SB ($147.30)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
Button calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">SB (poster) raises to $0.75</font>, Hero calls $0.50, Button calls $0.50.

Normally I dont call this hand preflop but villain had been minraising every hand and I had position on him.

Flop: ($3) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3.5</font>, Button folds, SB calls $2.50.

Turn: ($10) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: ($10) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $10</font>, Hero calls ?.

Final Pot: $30

Default Re: 50NL Two hands against a LAG

Maybe I am wrong but I would fire another barrel at both these examples on the turn against a villan like you have described.

I believe to an over aggressive player your turn checks are going to seem like weakness unless you follow them with a re-raise or a big river bet, when you dont he is going to take the lead and try to push you off the pot. Yeah you wont win these all the time but I just think your play is a little weak and that opens too many doors for a very aggressive player.
