Default flopped set on drawy board is this bet too big?

When this flop came out I was thinking SWEET. Someone hit that Ace and is about to pay off. Unfortunately, it checked to me and nobody called my bet. Should I have bet any less?

you could've bet 7 but I doubt it would make a difference, don't worry about it

Bet's fine. Less would be a mistake IMO.

Raise is fine, you don't want to let anyway draw cheap. Sucks no one looked you up here, but since it's multiway you'll feel vindicated next time someone calls with A8o

It's fine. Anywhere between 7$ and the pot size. I usually bet 3/4, but the board is very drawy as you said.

I think it's fine... just crappy luck. You bet the pot, isn't like you lost your mind or anything... And with several opponents, you don't want to let them stick around for too cheap. If someone had a big ace, you might have stacked them... unfortunately, nobody caught enough of the flop this time...

Just remember the old adage... better to win a small pot than lose a big one...
