I normally play $2/5nl so at cashout I find a way to equally distribute my white chips among the dealer and the cage person. Normally a buck or two for each, to which they are quite appreciative.

I dont tip the cage unless someone is exceptionally nice or I have a really huge session and am feeling good about life.

However I always tip a chip runner as that is a service that I could have easily got off my ass and done myself, or went to the cage on my own to fetch chips before coming to my table.

I only tip the floor if they're setting me up with a comp or I'm being a extreme pain in the butt about wanting to move tables etc.

I sometimes tip a dollar or two at the cage, only after a winning session though. Since the VAST majority of players don't tip the cage or floor, I don't feel obligated to.
