Default KK hand on the button NL $50

Villain is 24/14/1.67. I was involved with him in 2 of the last 3 pots. In both I ended up laying down middle pair.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 ($61.91)
CO ($92.21)
Hero ($52.45)
SB ($50.20)
BB ($39.75)
UTG ($72.85)
UTG+1 ($20.40)
MP1 ($29)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
<font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $6</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $4.

Flop: ($12.75) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

Villian probably has a premium pair preflop, especially in cutoff posistion. He probably slowplayed his set. I'm going to fold.

I ruled out a premium pair preflop.

I probably push here, because I can't give him credit for JJ, QQ, QJ.

theres a lot more hand out there than JJ QQ and AA such as AQ KQ semi bluffing straights etc.

ive been struggling to get maximum value out of my overpairs atm but i think calling and CR turn is the best best play.

Just say he had QQ or JJ preflop, what would his preflop raise be? 4xbb with one of those hands seems standard to me.

FYI: For a TAG with his numbers, CO is a great stealing spot and his range is alot wider than just premium hands.
