Party Reload not working?

I deposited tonight and entered the JULY06RELOAD25 bonus code.

Deposit shows up but the bonus is not in the pending bonus section.

If I log off and log on the bonus "pop up" message comes up and tells me I am still eligible to deposit and earn the bonus.

Happen to anybody else and what did you do?

fire them an email or a call, suppose to be gd til tonight at 12pm eastern time

Just did. I hope they fix it since it is an easy bonus to earn.

If they dont I will play elsewhere as there are other sites with bonuses. I try to make sure I am allways earning a bonus where ever I am playing.

I would guess you probably just entered the code wrong when depositing, that would make sence, because you still have the offer.

Yes thought of that so I did a second deposit and same thing happened again. Still does not show up and pop-up message still comes up.

Party Poker came through. Their customer service set up a bonus for me for the same amount of the reload bonus. 30 days to clear.
