So, how would you beat it?.....
If the Internet Gambling Law went got thru the Senate, how could a person in the U.S. play poker on the internet if the ISP's were required to block the poker websites? Could you get a ISP from outside the US or is that possible? I am just curious in case it happens because I would say it is 50/50 if it goes thru.

To get around it you would need to proxy through a service outside of the country which puts in a measure of doubt of the stability of the connection. Wouldn't it be great if you were at the final table with a chip lead and your proxy service in the Czech Republic goes down? You have no one to call and complain to. No, you couldn't just spoof your IP. That only spoofs it to the server on the other end, not your ISP's router/firewall. |
