All you need to know:

Circular Quay. Train. Cabramatta. Prices are out of this world, but the Vietnamese will take care of you in the long-term. Watch out for those [censored] bathrooms with the blue lights.

The rake structure at Star City makes the games impossible to beat. Have they changed things recently?

You have got to be kidding.

While the rake at star city is massive ($1 fee per player per hand) this is only exceeded by the poor quality of the players.

If you can beat online games, you should be able to beat this live game.

Lame attempt at funny. Cabramatta is (was) the Heroin capital of Australia. Taking a train ride out to Cabramatta is known as getting on the "Noddy Express". Cabramatta is the Vietnamese equivalent of China Town (actually has some great food and el bizarro shopping).
