Default Sit and go bubble, was it right to set this guy ALL IN?!

This guy hadn't played a hand in forever...he was the short stack....and then he limps.........should bells have gone off, or was this a strong enough hand to set him in?

I would still raise him all in. Even if you lose you are still not the short stack. Donks will sit on their hands forever and then limp 87s, so this doesn't necessarily mean he has a monster.

I'd put him all in. If the blind is 200/400 and he hasn't played a hand in forever, he's probably weak. I'd say there is a 50% chance he has a mid pair or A8ish and a 50% chance he has a real monster. You're still in great shape if you lose, so yeah, I'd put him all in.
