Good Poker Clubs in NYC?

Howdy,

I'm flying into NYC at 10:30pm on Thursday the 21st. I don't have a place to stay until Friday, so my genius/degenerate idea is to find a poker club and GAMBOOL the night away playing NL.

So...where can I go??

To follow up on what the other guy said, poker in NYC is illegal and everyone seems to ask about it...clubs have been raided and stuff so no one's gonna give you any information in fear of you being a cop or something

Even when there were poker clubs aplenty it was not a place you could "gamble the night away". It's not a casino. They typically closed around 4-5 am.

An additional sticky should be added titled, NYC card rooms. The message stating "They do not exist" should be posted underneath.

No one is giving out this info unless you were previously there. It just is not going to happen. If you are visiting from another state, NYC has a lot of things to offer. Check those out. Go to Vegas, AC, LA, or Foxwoods for poker.

i would have to say none of them there have been mad raids latley i dont live in NY but from what i have heard its not safe

Okay right, gotcha I got the same form response in the Affiliate forum when I asked if I could get rakeback on Party.

More importlantly, even if they did exisit (which they don't), I couldn't just walk in the door with bills and sit down and play until 4-5am??
