Berkley/Conyers Amendment failed to make all Internet Gambling illegal (that includes Horseracing and Lotteries).

Motion to recommit bill back to the committees. Electronic vote will transpire.

After this vote, they will vote on passage of the Goodlatte/Leach Bill (with the exemptions intact).

Conyers was trying to recommit the bill to include age/location requirements for interstate wagering, Goodlatte/Leach say that's already in the bill.

1) Procedural vote that would essentially kill the bill under a proclimation that it protects children - Will fail and it is up now

2) After that, final passage of HR 4411
