This guy min reraises me PF and is in general very aggressive post flop. He has made large overbets with draws. This turn really messed with me. I had absolutely no clue what to do. His stats are 50/18/3.8.

I'd play it the same way. You can't b/f turn because that is basically turning your hand into a bluff. He will only continue if he has you beat. I think you took optimal line. His range is probably AhKh, AhQh, or a set. I can't see KK,JJ or TT betting this turn.

Have you 4 bet preflop before? What kind of hands do you think he would be calling with and calling the flop?

raise more pf, smooth call BB's 3bet

I don't necessarily like it, play for pot control somewhere between PF and the flop.
