i don't think the ace helped him, and i think you're still ahead when the turn comes. i'd bet 3/4 or the whole pot and see what he does. my guess is he'll call with a second-best hand. i'd put him on a king, a weaker two pair, or some sort of draw. i'd suspect something like 10-9, K-9, or K-J, unless he's been slowplaying hands like 99 and 10-10 earlier. his mini-raise/call on the flop seems to indicate he doesn't have QJ or a set (unless, of course, he's actually a huge idiot).

Is this limit? Certainly looks like it based on the betting. If so then just bet on the turn and call him down if he raises, check/call on river. If he just calls bet on the river unless an ace comes, in that case just check and call cause you're probably tied at best.
