Default $100NL Overpair vs big field and iffy board

I found myself kind of lost on the best way to play this hand, or at least what thought processes I should have on this board.

MP2 is 14.5/7/2.3 after about 200 hands. UTG is 29/10/4.5. No stats on SB.

I'd usually bet more on the flop vs this many opponents but the board likely hit some likely hands that they're calling with (mid pairs), I didn't want to get too much in there without seeing the action. I was most worried about MP2.
