Default LAG raises UTG, Fold my 77 or reraise to isolate?

This question came up while having my hands reviewed by a fellow 2+2er. He suggested that this is a spot for an isolation raise. My thoughts were that it was a spot where I could lose alot or win a little.

I would appreciate your comments on how you would play here.

Paradise Poker 1/2 Hold'em (5 handed)

UTG raises his stats (36%/22%,5.5)

I am UTG +1, Do I reraise or fold (in the actual hand I folded)

The players to act after me are...
47%/14%/2
39%/9%/2.5
52%/0%/.32

I would re-raise. What do you mean by losing a lot/winning a little? If he shows aggresion on a bad board for 77 you fold, otherwise bet or check behind to get to showdown.

Agree with Alpha, I 3bet this just about always.

The strongest, if not the only, reason to not 3bet the LAG is the muppets behind.

If they've shown a willingness to call 3 cold in the past, I'd fold preflop.
