Re: 8 outs. Do I need 5 to 1?

[ QUOTE ] Fold preflop. Seriously... fold preflop. No, really. Else, fold flop. [/ QUOTE ] You've got to get in there and splash around some, don't you? [/ QUOTE ] Yes, but not here. Fold preflop. Really. Take it from me. |

Re: 8 outs. Do I need 5 to 1?
wow, this is terrible. Preflop this is a very easy fold after it is raised to 490. This is a huge mistake. On a scale of 1 to 10, this mistake is an 7. What if SB re-raise/comes over the top? You are going to miss so many flops with this hand or catch a small piece of it and then you will be chasing. I could see a counter arguement from some loose players who think they can bust one of the player so it is worth the risk.
The flop is a very easy fold. You could try and shove it all-in with the hopes that they both fold. Also, if UTG has A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] , u only have 6 outs, plus u are vulernable to a re-draw. UTG If you call you have put about half your stack in the pot. What are you going to do if UTG shoves it on the turn? And SB is left to act still? Fold it |
