to narrow it down, it is fold or raise/fold...

The problem with a raise/fold is that q9/88/99/q9/JT will possibly smoothcall the 3-bet, and you still don't know where you stand... (really bad reverse implied odds, if you fill you could be screwed )

folding 2 pair sucks, but you only beat one pair which has 5 outs, and a draw which has 10 outs... all other hands kill you... I think you can only continue with this if Villan is really bad or has a tendancy to stack off with one pair hands..
