Default KQo big reraise pre flop

If I call I'm getting a little less than 2 to 1 on my money. Or do you just fold this before it even gets to the raisers?

This is a small buy in multi.

The call isn't terrible, though I prefer an open raise to calling. After a raise and a re-raise you don't have the best hand, and are more than likely dominated. CO risked over 1/2 his stack w/out pushing it in? Why would he do that. I would get out as that usually means QQ+.
