Default Blind Battle KK $100 6m

Comments on all streets welcome. Should I reraise flop? Should I fold turn? River a fold, right?

6m $100, $100 stacks
Folded to hero in SB w. K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Raises to $4, BB Calls

Flop: $8, 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero bets $6. BB raises to $12 Hero Calls
<font color="blue"> so I'm not worried particularly here, I'm still ahead of a lot of his range heads up </font>

Turn: $32 A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero Bets $12, BB Raises to $24, Hero Calls
<font color="blue"> is this a fold on the min-raise - BB doesn't seem scared of the A, but then my bet is a bit weak. </font>
River $80 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero checks, BB moves in, Hero folds

Result:
<font color="white"> I chat "KK", he responds claiming "AA, really"</font>

That's gotta be one of the horriblest turns i ever did see. I bet closer to pot sized and see how he reacts. He calls, you shut down. your only other option is to check/fold, which is a tough thing to do. but seriously, what are you beating now?

Edit: forgot to comment on the flop. my only question was why no raise?

please raise flop. bet pot and when he donks you can make it $50+.

yeah turn sucks, but mostly because the money wasn't in yet.

when he minraises flop, his range is what - any J, pretty much any pp or a resteal fiuguring i have nilch?

If I make it $45 which is pot-sized reraise, does anything call which doesn't own me? My feeling is that I am afraid only of slowplayed AA, JJ or a set so why do I want to drive him away?

if you think he folds a J in a blind battle, he doesn't. and if you want to let a flush draw donk around on you, go ahead.

Yeah, I agree with CAterp. Often I like to just call the flop raise, but in this case spades or a J will call a 3-bet, so you should go ahead and 3-bet the flop.

As played, that tiny turn bet sucks. Either pot the turn or C/F
