Default QQ, Time to Fold?

Seems like these post flop all-ins either win or lose a lot of money. I tend to fold these and I want to get some opinions. Villian here seemed pretty solid.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.05/$0.10
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $10.20
UTG+1: $5.45
CO: $18.95
Button: $9.05
HERO: $11.90

Pre-flop: (6 players) HERO is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, Button calls, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $0.4</font>, <font color="#cc0000">HERO raises to $1.2</font>, 3 folds, Button calls, SB calls.

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($3.9, 3 players)
SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">HERO bets $2</font>, Button folds, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises all-in $6</font>...

Default Re: QQ, Time to Fold?

If you're going to c-bet this flop, make it closer to full pot. After that, calling the push seems pretty much automatic with villain only having ~2.50-3 behind.

As played, folding to the AI is pretty bad IMO. It's a $4 pot and villain has $6. If you choose to bet the flop, you can't fold to a push.

The only question is whether or not to bet the flop, with 2 players and no solid reads, I'd be inclined to check behind the SB and see what happens
