Default 88 overpair OOP NL 600

So I'm really a limit player making a half-hearted attempt to crossover. My instinct was to immediately check raise (because I am a limidonk) but I thought I might fold most worse hands and lose more to better ones. So I took the wussiest line possible. Villian in this hand is 30/17 over 100 hands, loves the cbet, and seems solid. Should I call this river?

At this river villain's range is still anything he'd raise from CO

$80 seems like a weird bluff to me, they either bet real small or the pot.

Simple in what way? I don't think he's bluffing all that often with position, especially not for $80.
