Too loose? Too weak? paired flop, turn donk confusion (Stars 2/4)

Something bugs me about the way I played this hand, but I am not sure if I was too loose or too passive.

BB is a bit of a donkey from the very hands I have seen him play (last time was had a paired flop checked through, he bet out with air into three other players)

Probably raise-fold turn. If he's getting really aggressive and crazy, raise-call turn.
