Default Party Ring Game -- All-in is missed pre-flop

All pre-flop all-in bet at Party 2/4 -- I'm PMing you the hand.

And to think it was the first time I saw the tip jar and I was about to give you a couple of nickels. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Converter rocks! You're the best,
Rick

Default Board quads kicker problem

This is a Pokernow (Party skin of course). JJ got screwed by a river board quads losing to KJo. Everything converts fine except it says the pot was split between the two instead of KJo's K high winning. If you want to see the hand history how do I get it to you? I don't know where to PM it as you seem to always request. Thanks in advance, I love your converter and I'm glad you made condense default option. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] [edited] Oops it'd been a long while since I was at 2+2, PM must be personal message on the site, and I sent you the quads hand via that.

Richard, sorry, sometimes I miss stuff.

Ahem:

1. Yeah, send me a link to your home forum and I can add a format.

2. At the moment, the converter rips out a bunch of info (cards and seats and stacks and names) and sends the actual betting action round by round in a standardized format to get chopped up and parsed.

This means that there's really no standard all-in-one hand history. However, I have been working on a generic hh format that would be relatively easy to parse, could handle any game currently available online and is almost painfully unambiguous in its presentation. It's not super-efficient like chess-histories, but if people adopted this or something like it, then it'd make everything very straightforward.

Default Stud8 hands

Unlike others, I never have problems with the 6-max games, but I can't get Party Stud8 games to convert for the life of me.

Sup fools,

I've added support for a spanish-language forum, available at poquer.com.es/foro. And I've changed the output for ITH so that their new hand symbols are pretty and work.

The work continues.

No problem dude, just ribbing ya.

(1) Below is the output format my script generates. Basically you have to revert to HTML to get colors and suit icons.
Code:

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A, A.
2 folds, MP1 calls, Hero raises, 4 folds, MP1 calls.

Flop: (5.33 SB) J, 4, A (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets, MP1 calls.

Turn: (3.66 BB) 9 (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets, MP1 folds.

Final Pot: 4.66 BB

You can call it "Ars OpenForum."

(2) Consider me to be 100% behind this effort. I often write little tools for myself, but never work them into publishable form since I can't be bothered to constantly write new parsers. I'm sure PTrack Pat & Mike (among many others) wouldn't mind either.

Okay, so Ars Open forum uses

BBCode for URLs, bolding, images (for suits), italicizing

and HTML for font colors?

I should be able to add this pretty quickly.
