This is 100% the reason you felt the way you did. I smoke weed everyday but have never smoked a cig in my life, and when I smoke a spliff WOW I can hardly walk. The tobacco makes you extremely lightheaded, and its what caused you to puke also.

So, take it easy with the spliffs untill you get used to the tobacco
