these are 11's so they prolly wont notice but a check here would seem very spooky to me if i were the villain here. i would bet 1/2 pot and hope he has an ace.

imho check is more suspicious than a bet.
also imho if your opponent has nothing now he won't have anything later most likely.
thus imho, even tho this is the safest flop you can get, chances are either he has an ace and will pay you off if you bet, or he has something like KQ/KJ/JQ and you'll be in trouble if he catches up. a T is of course possible but unlikely.
imho either you get paid off if you bet or you won't get paid off if you don't. so may as well make a (small) continutation bet.
