Default Too risky? (11 on FTP)

villian has folded to 2 reraises earlier. Thought I had enough FE which I think I was close given it took villian all of time to make call. How out of line am I for making this play? Even worth risking for what i read as most likely coinflip?

In an $11 I wouldn't even consider it. Having done it twice already in that game I don't even think it's close. They don't expect you to have a good hand and will be willing to call you with a wide range. That goes for all of them. The guy who made the raise may well have a really good hand.

try to get in cheap with small pairs, and against a lot of people. Flop a set, or do not bet! Easy fold to his raise. Let it go and wait for e better spot.

Well, coin flips are the situations you are LOOKING for here. Thats why (on this levels) I dont like this play. You HAVE massive edges over your opponents, so why make your buy-in walk through fire when the best you can achieve is a 500 chip pot or a coinflip for your entire stack?

Im not sure if FE holds up against the chance that your a 4.5 : 1 underdog against a higher pair. Having him seen fold 2 times to a re-raise before isnt that much of an argument. 50% that it is just his style, 50% that now hes got sick of it and calls you with a huge range.
In this situation it doesnt matter whether he shows J8o or the Big Slick.

I cant become friends with this play.

I think you mean that you shouldn't be looking for coin flips here or that's what you should mean at least.

Fold preflop. If you can't manage that, fold to the raise.

Yes. I meant that the best thing that can happen with this hand is in fact a coinflip, but ofcourse we _usually_ dont want that.
