Preflop: Hero is BB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, CO folds, SB calls.

Turn: (3.50 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, SB calls.

should I always bet this turn or check and induce a bluff, Im in a downswing so everything i do now i dont know if its correct sorry if this was a super duper standard hand

Looks pretty standard to me. Betting the turn is essential with a hand so vulnerable to overcards, IMO. I would probably fold to the river CR too.

His flush draw makes him not-so vulnerable to overcards.

A CR would be very surprising. The 8 doesn't make any straights, and the only hand with an 8 that logically bets that flop is 86 or 87. If I'm villan, I don't feel very confident amount CRing a pair on that river with the board so connected and paired.

You must bet the turn. On the river bet for value, the 8 probably didn't help him. If he had a trips he probably would have c/r the turn. Most likely he has a 4, 5 or 6 with worst kicker. I don't think you will be c/r on river,
