Pickled okra is relativly expensive at the supermarket, this is a good item to pick up at the salad bar if you [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] it as much as I do.

Obviously don't get rice.
To maximize dollar value, drain off all the sauce. Avoid stuff with bones or any weight you can't eat, like chicken wings. And don't get veggies. Veggies are cheap. |
