Someone Requested my Password?

Please move to the right forum if this is inappropriate.

Apparently, someone has requested my password twice in the past day, and 2p2 has issued me a temporary password, which was sent to my e-mail address (the e-mails had not been read by anyone). Should I be concerned, and if so, what should I do?

Clearly somebody thinks they're you. But they're not, so I don't think you have to worry.

Because everything's sent to the email address you registered with, I don't think they have any way into your 2p2 account. It's just annoying. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

This happened to me as well several weeks ago. I sent a PM to Cola just to let him know and to see if it was an isolated incident or if others were reporting it. It only happened that one time and nothing came of it.

Haven't had that happen on 2+2 but I did get an automated password request e-mail from UB last week.

Seems to be going around.

I had that at stars the other day. They didn't seem to give a [censored] and just offered to not notify me in the future...
