Preflop, Flop and Turn are well played. Nothing wrong with checking river for cheap showdown. I'd river bet half the time.

Is preflop a standard call? I call here sometimes, but the vast majority of the time I fold 66 to a raise (particularly utg), even from the button and even with 2 coldcallers.
