NL1000-Being bet into on turn with TPTK

BB is a strong TAGish player (25/15) who was at a few of my tables and had been tangling with me a lot. We had been playing back at each other a lot preflop, with multiple times it going to 4 bets and then the 3 better folding. He also has checkraised me a large number of times, and most of them I have been folding to.

Flop I bet somewhat small because I was trying to not play a big pot while still trying to protect my very vulnerable hand. On the turn his half pot bet confuses me, while there are tons of draws out there, it seems like he is possibly looking to get raised with the bet. What's the best line to take facing this turn bet against this player?
