Default $22 - AK early - Donkey turn?

1st hand, no reads. Should i slow down in the turn or am i being results oriented?

A bet of 300 on the flop does the same thing a bet that 375 does but it cost less and saves you chips. However, on the turn, I would most likely have done the same thing. If the guy has AJ/A9/99/JJ then, good for him.

I play the same way, maybe 150 preflop, but everything else looks OK. Couldn't have asked for a better turncard.
